NeuroTherm Catheter products are made of surgical grade stainless steel; the stainless steel springs run the length of the catheters making them fully radiopaque. They are manufactured using a unique “tight-wind” technology and a polymer coating to deliver an ideal level of stiffness combined with an exceptionally smooth coating for ease of placement. Catheters are kink resistant and designed with 1:1 torque ability.

NeuroTherm Micron Catheter is a revolutionary epidural catheter with a unique design that incorporates an integral one piece construction of the spring coil, the guide wire, and the tip, resulting in unequaled strength, safety and reliability. This unique process creates a seamless transition from the coil to the tip with no transitional shoulders.
The precision manufacturing of the coil produces a 21 gauge catheter that has 33% Larger Inner Diameter then currently available in 19 gauge catheters. The stylet fit and extension to the tip makes for easier steering and precise positioning.
