Intradiscal Therapies
NeuroTherm offers a broad range of intradical devices designed to treat discogenic back pain and small, contained herniations. These products provide the user with minimally invasive options for treating clinically difficult pathologies.
SPINECATH™ Intradiscal Catheter
Intradiscal Electrothermal Therapy (known as the IDET™ Procedure) is a minimally invasive outpatient procedure for patients suffering from chronic disc-related lower back pain who have failed to respond to aggressive non-operative therapies. By inserting the SPINECATH™ Intradiscal Catheter into the annulus of the affected disc, physicians can apply controlled levels of thermal energy to treat cracks and fissures.

ACUTHERM™ Decompression Catheter
Targeted disc decompression is similar to the IDET™ Procedure but addresses the problem of bulges or herniations in the disc nucleus which can lead to lower back and upper leg pain. The ACUTHERM™ Decompression Catheter features a heating coil designed to directly treat the herniation directly.
