SPINECATH™ Intradiscal Catheter
Intradiscal Electrothermal Therapy (known as the IDET™ Procedure) is a minimally invasive outpatient procedure for patients suffering from chronic disc-related lower back pain who have failed to respond to aggressive non-operative therapies. By inserting the SPINECATH™ Intradiscal Catheter into the annulus of the affected disc, physicians can apply controlled levels of thermal energy to treat cracks and fissures.

ACUTHERM™ Decompression Catheter
Targeted disc decompression is similar to the IDET™ Procedure but addresses the problem of bulges or herniations in the disc nucleus which can lead to lower back and upper leg pain. The ACUTHERM™ Decompression Catheter features a heating coil designed to directly treat the herniation directly.

Diskit ll
Diskit ll provides a safe and simple RF option for treating pain associated with degenerative disc disease. The kit is composed of two straight 15cm or 20cm insulated needles with 20mm active tips and two thermocouple electrodes. Bilateral placement of the Diskit ll Introducers is done under flourscopic control, and using the dual electrode algorithm found exclusively on NeuroTherm generators RF energy is dispersed within the annulus covering a wide treatment area.
