A product specialist will be present for the first 3 cases, to provide clinical and office staff support with procedures. Having a RF Product Specialist available for questions will help to maximize the success of initial procedures.

Once a product specialist has worked with you, you will be eligible to order from the NT250 Loaner Program. An order is placed and a NT250 Generator and RF Disposable Kits are sent to the Physician Office for pre-scheduled cases. The Generator must be received back by NeuroTherm within 3 business days of the confirmed scheduled cases.

Once a clinician is comfortable with the RFNA procedure and has developed a case volume that requires continuous access to the NT250 RF Generator, contact NeuroTherm directly to place an order.

To schedule a product specialist call MedSource (the National NeuroTherm Distributor) at
Telephone # 1 501-812-5656. MedSource will have a Product Specialist contact you to schedule a time and date that suits your schedule, and answer any questions you may have relative to the procedure or NT250 equipment.
A minimum of 3 procedures must be scheduled for the day to qualify for this program.

To schedule a Loaner you must prequalify with your MedSource Representative, who will contact NeuroTherm directly to schedule the shipment of the case materials. This program is done on a first come basis, as there are a limited number of loaner kits available. A valid credit card is required to schedule and confirm participation in the Loaner Program.
A minimum purchase of 3 RF Disposable procedure kits is required for this program.

To place an order for a NT250 Radiofrequency Generator contact your local MedSource distributor or call NeuroTherm Customer Service directly at 1 888-655-3500. You local distributor will work with you to determine the right level of office stock for your practice and will also be available to answer any other questions you may have.
There is no minimum RF Disposable purchase required with this program.
